Welcome to Jackson Art Properties
Where art moves, connects, and inspires
At Jackson Art Properties, we believe in the power of art to transform not only spaces—but perspectives. Founded by internationally celebrated watercolorist Paul Jackson, AWS~DF, NWS, and CEO Cord Harper, MBA, our mission is to bring exceptional artwork into the world through meaningful partnerships, elevated presentation, and imaginative applications.
We exist to help fine art move beyond the frame—into homes, products, public spaces, and unexpected places—with grace, intention, and just the right dash of wonder. Art should do more than hang quietly on a wall. It should tell stories. Spark connection. Enchant the everyday.
With decades of experience in the fine art, public art, and licensing industries, our team guides individuals, collectors, and companies in discovering the value of original artwork across a wide range of projects. Whether you’re launching a product line, curating a space, or envisioning a public art project that becomes a city landmark—we’re here to help you do it brilliantly.

By some wonderful twist of fate, I have been able to spend over four decades making a life by painting watercolors. As I look back at the winding path I traveled, it appears as if I was all over the map in terms of the subjects I painted. What interested me most at the moment was what I painted, between the occasional commission, workshop, or public art project. My interests and inspirations varied, but my aim was always to create dramatic images.
The common thread that loosely binds my life’s work together is a passion for dramatic light and shadow. The subject reacts to the light, becoming an eloquent symbol through which emotion is expressed. Each of my paintings is a carefully orchestrated symphony intended to awaken the eye and offer a bit of magic to ignite the imagination.
