A GLOBAL PARTNER: SEMINAL ARTISTS GROUP

We're elated to announce our signing with Seminal Artist Group, one of the world's leading licensing agencies for fine artists. Headquartered in Melbourne with offices spanning from Tokyo to Berlin, Seminal has a proven track record of nurturing creative talent while opening doors to global markets.

Their enthusiasm for Paul’s art was instant, and serendipity was on our side when we learned that their representative, Adam Devkota, had once lived in Columbia, Missouri. That unexpected connection helped seal what we know will be a dynamic partnership.

Together, we're building a curated catalogue that will launch our licensing efforts on the international stage. The official rollout of this collaboration will begin soon, and we can’t wait to share what’s next.

hidden gems: celebrating art & community

Paul Jackson’s Hidden Gems exhibition graced the walls of the Margaret Harwell Art Museum in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, in September and October 2025. This exhibit offered visitors the chance to wander through a world where beauty reveals itself in unexpected places.

In the midst of this exhibition, Jackson Art Properties hosted a special Investor Reception for current and potential investors on Sept. 4, during the museum’s annual Cork and Fork fundraiser, which was a perfect occasion to share fine art, fine food, and our vision for the future.

Adding to the celebration, a mid-exhibition gathering on Saturday, Oct. 11 provided another opportunity to connect with us, explore the works, and be part of the momentum we’re building.

And while the museum showcases Hidden Gems, visitors to Poplar Bluff can view Paul’s sweeping mural River Dreams (on right), just a few miles away on the Tinnin Fine Arts Building at Three Rivers College - a testament to how art can enliven an entire community.

Paul Jackson and Cord Harper at the Las Vegas International Licensing Expo with Tony the TIger

licensing expo: connections in color

In May 2025, co-founders Paul Jackson and Cord Harper represented Jackson Art Properties at the International Licensing Expo in Las Vegas,  the global epicenter of brand-building and intellectual property collaborations. With more than 1,000 works of art in our collection, our goal was to explore how Paul's vivid and expressive artwork could reach wider audiences through thoughtfully chosen licensing partnerships.

Over three exhilarating days, we met with artists, licensing agents, brand strategists, merchandisers, and creative studios - all converging with big ideas and even bigger potential. Early conversations began with nationally recognized brands like Scouting America (formerly the Boy Scouts of America) and Crayola, both of whom expressed interest in the narrative depth and commercial versatility of Paul’s work.

We also explored several licensing agencies and weighed what kind of partnership would best help us take the next leap forward. The energy was electric, the opportunities real and our confidence in the future only grew stronger.
